change Media Collection box title

Can someone please let me know how I would change Media Collection: to a different name, or example 'Sample Audio Here'?

I have searched everywhere and am spending far too much time on this...

Admin> Tools> Developers Tool Kit

Put the text you want to find in the lower left hand input box,
choose All Files,
click Go,
Find the language file that defines the text from the list of files found.
