    Default Install Page Not Found

    Hello!

I'm trying to set up ZC and after following all instructions, the install page cannot be found. I have installed ZC on other servers and no problem, but this time I cannot get it.

What could possibly be the problem?

Let me know what type of information you need to help me with this issue.

    Thanks in advance!

    What error are you seeing?

At what point are you seeing it?

    HTTP 404 Not Found error

    [IMG]res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/pagerror.gif[/IMG]The page cannot be found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

This is as far as I can go right now. I'm trying to do the set-up after the install.

    Thanks!

I'm also having this error. Any ideas?

http://mydomain.com/store/zc_install is also doing the same thing.

I also get an error following the "system setup" step:

    HTML Code:
The requested URL /cart&virtual_https_path=https://www.mydomain.com/cart&virtual_https_server=https://www.mydomain.com&enable_ssl=false&enable_ssl_admin=false&sql_cache=/mnt/Target01/331796/335086/www.mydomain.com/web/content/cart/cache&is_upgrade= was not found on this server.

that URL seems might odd, i suspect that's where the issue lies.

    any advise?

I am having a similar problem, I agree to the license agreement and it can never get to the next page.
I am on my 3rd install attempt so far, I have installed the same version 2 times prior to this with the same hosting company.
Gets a little frustrating when the host won't give you mass file deleting, there's a lot of individual files to delete to reupload a fresh copy.
Anyone have an idea on this?

You mean your FTP program won't let you select all the files and choose delete ?

    Who's your host?

Remind me never to choose them.

I would suggest considering one of our hosting partners for future sites.

I'm not sure why your host is causing your page to drop critical components from the URL. Have seen it reported from time to time but never found a fix. I never have that problem on regular hosting accounts with reputable hosts using common server configurations.
