Create_php page GONE

Hi: I have been searching and searching the forum to no avail.

Myself and my customers can receive the order placed confirmation emails, but neither receives welcome confirmation email or any pending review email.

I went to grab my create_account.php to edit it and it is opening up with nothing in it.

I unfortunately did not rename the original file so it was my only copy.

What now?

This is what shows when I access the tools section for email welcome:

Subject: EMAIL_SUBJECT

EMAIL_GREET_MREMAIL_WELCOME

EMAIL_TEXTEMAIL_CONTACTEMAIL_GV_CLOSURE

EMAIL_DISCLAIMER_NEW_CUSTOMER

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't have a backup, take a fresh copy of the file from a newly unzipped set of the download from sourceforge.
