    PurpleShade Template bug ? The welcome info not show up immediately sometime

    Version: V1.3.7
    Template: Purple Shade

    Sometime The welcome info was not show up as soon as I visit my site.
    It will show up after I resize the Window or I select the section the info located.
    I'm puzzled that this problem happen sometime , not all the time.
    The welcome info not showing up seems like some data from the server was not flush.

    Pls give me some directs. Many Thanks!
