OSC vs. Zen cart shipping

I want to create an ecommerce site that handles drop shipping .. Can Zen cart support this ?

OSC was recommended but I wanted to hear what the experts say ... can anyone vouch for Zen Cart in this:

I need:

-1 payment gateway
-orders for various products are sent to different fullfillment
-email notification to super admin and shipping when order is made

Does OSC win the race when it comes to this or is this possible with Zen Cart ?

Drop shipping without some custom coding or human intervention is not available in EITHER cart.

Would this not be Zen Carts version ? Theres a cost incurred however:

has anyone in the Zen community accomplished this feat and can help me out or is there another shopping cart that can do this ?
