EZ-Page adding html

I have a contact us page in EZ-Pages and I am using it with a formmail.php script. It was working fine but now it is adding the html code of the whole page inside a textfield in the form. At first, the extra html ended up showing inside the database in the ezpages table. I would just edit it and it was fine for a few days. However, now it no longer shows the extra code in the database or the admin panel itself.

Actually, the code it is adding is the html of the main page of the store.

I harte to be this guy, but whayu dont you use ZC built in contact form? located at:

My wife is right. I like to do things the hard way. I'll have to start using the built in one.

But any idea on how this html text is getting entered in the hard way I'm doing it? :)
