Change Text in Checkout from Shipping to ...

A couple questions about Shipping...

In my store we'll:
Sell products and ship them.
Sell products and Install them.

What I would like to do is edit the checkout area of my cart to display:
"Shipping/Installation Address" as opposed to it just saying "Shipping Information".

Also when customer click on the link to change there shipping address There is the following text: "Current Shipping Address" I wuld like to change that as well to say "Current Shipping/Installation Address" But I'm unsure what file this text is located in.

Not sure If I should put the second question in a seperate post but it all has to do with Checkout and Shipping Area..

The other thing that making me absolutely crazy is the cart/check out area.
When you add items to the cart it displays:
"Total Items: __ Weight: __lbs Amount: $__.00

I'll never be shipping by weight and only using a Flat rate shipping charge so I want to eliminate the 'weight_lbs" text from the cart.

I've searched the forums high and low and have tried a bunch of different things
that didn't work (including FAQ #223).

If anyone can help me with this it would be it would be very much appreciated.

Go to Admin
Tools->Developer's Toolkit and search for the part of the text
You will get to know which files you have to edit
