Layout Spacing Help Needed, Grid Mod

I downloaded and installed the grid mod, made sure columns were set at 3, however they are not lining up right and I have no idea how to fix this. I would like to show 12 items per page 4 rows/3 columns.

As you can see, its all funky. I cant even figure out how to turn that scroll over "buy now" or "more info" link off. I would also like to eliminate the space between the price and title.

Any help with this would be wonderfully appreciated

NM I found it, thank you Kobra.

Here are 3 other things I need to fix if anyone can help me with those as well.

1) I need to get rid of "more info" and the scroll over "buy now" link. The "buy now" only appears if you mouse over it.

2) on the registration I want to change the submit button. I have the developers add on for FF and I can change the html however, after I click out of the html editor, it goes back.

3) I need to get rid of the space between title and price on the products listing page.
