Trouble extending middle column to the right

I turned off the right column entirely for a site in development because the client wanted an uncluttered look. Ever since, I can't get the middle column to extend to the right. Any hint about where I could correct this? The site is here

The template is basically a copy of the default classic green, with just the colours changed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if this is the right way of doing it, but I got the look I wanted by setting Column width- Right boxes and Column width- Right to 0 px in Configuration > Layout Settings.
