Do any of you know which file lists all the states in the pull-down menu when filling up the address form?

Thank you for the quick reply.
If I was to delete one of the states, would that throw off everything? For example, I don't ship to Guam so I want to delete that choice when customers are filling up the address field.
I know there are other ways to do it but this is the simplest for me.
