If you only change it in the /includes area, and not also in the /admin/includes area, then your admin emails won't see the new footer text.

Now to find out how come Windows Grep found every other file with that variable in it except that one... I tell ya, I'm in the Twilight Zone.

i did that but it ended up my my site not load n i have 2 re add the no changed ones can some one help me and explian y
also what is Admin->Tools->Developers Toolkit
