Setting attributes to default.

I'm setting up my mp3 store and have another question...

I started with just one attribute and it was automatically selected when you viewed the product.

Now I have decided I need two attributes for each product:

1. Download mp3 at 192kbps quality - Priced @ £0.99
2. Download mp3 at 320kbps quality - Priced @ £1.39

When viewing my products now neither attriubte is automatically selected...

If someone clicks on my product and then doesn't select an attribute before purchasing it still adds the item to the shopping cart at the price I set for the product not the attribute price.

I haven't got far enough for testing so I don't actually know what happens after this point without selecting an attribute.

What will happen here? will the transaction go through and they wont get the download as they haven't selected either option 1 or 2?

Is there any way to set attribute 2 as default?

I'm currently using radio buttons, will using a drop down box solve this?

If I price my product at £0.99, my products say starting from £0.99 and then you can select option 2 which adds £0.40 to the total. But if they don't select any attributes it adds the product to the cart at £0.99.

I want the products to start from £0.99 but by default the product selection will be option 2 £1.39

At the moment I've set the product price to £1.39 so if they don't select an attribute thats how much it will charge them because option 2 will be the most common sale I believe. But by doing this my product in the listing page says "starting from £1.39" which isn't actually true, it starts from £0.99.

Any info you can give me here would be great, I'm still learning and trying to get my head round Zencart.

Can you please let me know where. I set up a default and I want to change it and I cant find it now.
