I love ZC and have built two other carts but am having trouble with this one. My client is currently at www.gmfirewood.com. My draft cart page is www.gmfirewood/cart. I will redesign the gmfirewwod.com/index.htm page to be a landing page and then provide a link to the cart.

I have set Configuration>Layout Settings>Main Page -always show on main page to true. That seems to remove the Categories box on the left column. How can I turn on this box?

There should also be a way to logout and return to the index.htm page from the main page but I can't seem to find it.
