I am using the "Flat Rate" shipping method for US Customers and "Per Item" shipping method for Non-US Customers.

Now the store owners wants to add items that all have different per item shipping costs. I didn't have any luck trying to get her to add the shipping into the cost of each item.

Example:
Item A:
$15 + $3 shipping in the US
$15 + $4 shipping outside US

Item B:
$3 + $1 shipping in the US
$3 + $2 shipping outside US

Any suggestions on how I can get one of the shipping modules to work for me?
