When ever an international customer enters their info and signs up for an account... they are sad when they hit the "estimate shipping" button only to see a shipping estimate of over $100 for UPS Worldwide as the only option!
I tried testing this with 3 address's. 1 from Portugal, 1 from the UK, and 1 from Finland. All came up with the same issue!!
This means NONE of my International customers are ordering using my new Zen cart!!!! AND I AM LOSING SALES EVERYDAY!!!!
Under the USPS box there is no rates estimated. Instead I only get this message "We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use. If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance. (Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)"
Yea... that aint gonna cut it! Why the heck doesn't the shipping estimator work on International address's????
PLEASE! Can somebody help me fix this problem!!??
BTW, I have Int'l Shipping Methods: Express, Priority Lg, Priority Sm, Priority Var, Airmail Parcel all turned on in the USPS module under Shipping!!
