Ideal does not appear in admin - payments

I just installed the IDEAL Payment module.

Everything looks ok, if I look in the directory /includes/modules/payments/ I see all my current payment methods, plus ideal.php, plus Ideal directory.
I see Ideal Transactions under customers in Admin.

However when i go to payments in admin, Ideal does not appear. All other payments are there no problem.

Any ideas ?

Hi Andy :-)

I think it might be related to one of the following:

1) A typo in the translation (like an unescaped ' or something). Please check the language file if it's editted.

2) Curl or openssl is not installed or enabled. Looking at the server config you need to see something like:

curl
CURL support enabled
CURL Information libcurl/7.15.5 OpenSSL/0.9.7a

And:

openssl
OpenSSL support enabled
OpenSSL Version OpenSSL 0.9.7a Feb 19 2003

3) It's a Windows server. I don't recall the details right now, but there have been some issues with windows servers and openssl and/or curl settings I think.

Hi Paul ,

I use siteground.com, which is very much zenned.

It's a Linux server, so no windows mess to tidy up.

Open SSL looks fine

OpenSSL support enabled OpenSSL Version OpenSSL 0.9.7a Feb 19 2003
as does curl

CURL support enabled CURL Information libcurl/7.15.3 OpenSSL/0.9.7a zlib/1.2.1.2 libidn/0.5.6
Cannot see any problems in language files and also have dutch lanaguage installed. Still does not appear in any language.

In the install instrcutions is uses the Catalog as the example root directory. There is a Catalog directory in Zen, I presumed that this was not to be used and that the module should be installed in MY root.

My domain is called silveri, so I insalled in
silver/admin
silveri/images
silveri/includes

Any other thoughts....I'll keep a checking.

Hi Paul,

Think I got it.

We moved the whole site to new directory. I changed the config file to point to new diretory but i guess i missed something. In admin under payments, it says where the modules are located.

/home/accessab/public_html/includes/modules/payment/

The new diretory is missing. Should be

Module Directory: /home/accessab/public_html/silveri/includes/modules/payment/

No wonder it cant find the module......Doh
