r1b8x7, thank you!!!!
ON A SIDE NOTE.... I EMAILED USPS ABOUT THIS ISSUE TOO. THIS WAS THERE RESPONSE:
Dear USPS Customer,
Thank you for contacting us. On May 14th, 2007 the US Postal Service made a rate change for both domestic and international packages. The rate change resulted in a change in coding for both the international and domestic rate Webtools API's. The technical guide for these updates are available online by going to the link below:

were you able to get your ups problem fixed as well??
if not does anyone out there know how to fix the ups mod so that it doesnt jsut give you world wide expedited as the only shipping option?
Check and see which shipping modules for UPS you have active (checked) ...
With all checked, I get quite a selection for Canada ...
What weight are you shipping?

Actually I didn't check r1b8x7... but I was more concerned with the USPS than UPS since it was so much cheaper. That update fixed my issue.![]()
