admin page doesnt load - hosted on GoDaddy

Hello fello Zenners!

I was very excited to learn of Zen cart.. and I Installed it last night onto my mySQ host...I went through the setup procedure and every thing turned out perfect....when I go to my catalog page through my browser it says "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution."...yay!..woohoo!
but now when I try to logon into catalog/admin page...it just hangs there...its been hanging for hours while I went to bed.
I checked the other threads concerning this problem on this forum.

so following some suggestions that I interpreted.....I closed out the browser session...cleared cache, lowered my privacy settings on my browser to enable cookies better. unchecked use ssl 3.0, ssl 2.0. checked the admin/includes/configure.php settings (define('ENABLE_SSL_ADMIN', 'false');) but....all in vain.
I still havent found a solution to this problem.

in addition.. i think in the setup check i saw that there was an exclamation concerning php to cgi not recomended i think...mySQL on godaddy hosting is 4.0 i believe.
so how do I change that configuration?

if anybody can help me..I would greatly appreciate it....I'm stuck..I cant go forward...I'm pulling my hair out.

I just got off the phone with my hosting service...godaddy.com
and they said that i am on a shared hosting account...and that they do not allow remote access to the admin page for my cart, and the only way I can access it would be through my host...and went on to say that I would need a dedicated account $1000 to $5000 bucks to access it remotely..and he's sorry that I was unaware of this.

Oh My....can this be true?...I'm confused...maybe he misinterpreted what I was trying to explain?

ahh so i called my host again..and explained further my problem...
I explained that php to cgi could be a problem..
she said that i would need to upgrade to deluxe hosting to get CGI support...
in which case i did upgrade...so hopefully problem solved..

I'll let you know in a few hours cuz it takes time for the transfer...

update...ok...so my hosting should be all figured out...
and I'm reinstalling zen cart from scratch....
when installed...my new domain for my zen cart should be...

BTW...I have no coding experience...so this all new to me
should I continue making updates on this forum?
