There should be instructions with the template you downloaded. You have to match up the directories with the Zen Cart directories. You can either do this by downloading a copy of Zen Cart to your local drive (your computer) and unzipping it so you can see the folder/file structure or you can see the structure using your FTP client to connect to your website. Installing the template files should be as simple as FTPing them to the corresponding folders on your website, so if it has includes/templates/downloaded_template_name_here/, you would upload the includes/templates/downloaded_template_name_here/ folder to the includes/templates/ folder on your website.
