    Default help browser support for zen.

    Hello to all, new here, I have been learning about zen-cart for a little over a week.
    I am nearing the time to go live, but I have come across a snag. Firefox browser can load up my site, internet explorer can not, just get a blank page and or the IE error about having to be connected the internet first. I have the cart loaded up on a free provider service at this time for testing but that should not matter. as firefox allows me to see the site and IE does not. IE does not even allow me to see the admin login screen while firefox allows it to run normally.
    using zen ver 1.3.7.1
    I am also using domain fwding to the site.
    with out me putting the link to the store on here anyone have a possible idea to correct this so that all browers can connect to the store?
    Thank you.
    Chris.

    for future reference if this happens,
    let your host know to look for a small virtual user tag in httpd conf just above your virtual information,
