I have a Club Membership on my site where all members save 10% on their orders. I also want to add free shipping as an additional benefit. How do I do this?

If it is not possible, is there anyway I can send a coupon code (for the free shipping) in an email to just my Club Members??

I have read through many threads, but have not found an answer... can anyone help?!
