New Store To Open Friday! NEED HELP PLEASE!

Hi were looking for some help getting the shipping aspect of our new store set up and the big lauch day is FRIDAY! so any help would be great. Heres the issue all of our products are the same size and very light,we have a flat rate for Canada 1-5 quotes 4.95 6-10 quotes 7.95 and for the US it's 1-5 5.95 6-10 8.95
Im having trouble getting the shipping module to realize the diffrent zones and the flat rate.

It's yellow if you've tied a zone to it. No need for alarm unless you didn't mean to limit it to a specific zone.

That means you've got incorrect or incomplete API Signature/Username/Password entered.

PayPal doesn't send that info.
You collect it yourself.
