DNS error upon checkout using Linkpoint

Does anyone know what would cause a DNS error upon checkout? Our merchant company is linkpoint and the code is entered properly. I unchecked the generic credit card and only have linkpoint checked for the payment type, could that be causing the error? If you know anything about what could be causing this please let me know asap.

What kind of "DNS error" ?
When does it happen?
How did you configure your linkpoint settings?
Is your linkpoint account set up as a "Linkpoint API" account?

No, that should not cause any problem. In fact, that's how you SHOULD have it. You only want to enable the modules you're actually using.
