I need to add some text right above the "comment" field on the checkout pages. I've searched, and can't figure out which file to do this in. I don't want to change the "Special Instructions or Order Comments" text, I know where to change that. I want to add text under it.

Add a <br />MY OTHER TEXT to the define that says "Instructions or Order Comments"
