Order not shown - protx payment success

Hi,

I have the zen-cart 1.27 and protx form installed.
Until protx upgrade (with 3d secure in august) all worked fine.
Now, the payment is taken from customer but I don't have any order on my zen-cart admin area.

Can anybody help me, please?

It appears you are using an old version of the Protx Form module?

The latest version has full support for the new Protx systems although I'm afraid that it is a commercial module now so you'd have to buy it... unfortunately charging for it became the only way we could afford to support the development of the module, to cope with all the changes that Protx have been implementing throughout the year.
