Shipping Issue or ?

We recently moved my site, Crop Addict, to another host. All seemed to be working well until someone from Canada tried to place an order. (We're US based - all US orders are going through fine.)

I have my shipping for Canada and other countries set up based on total price of their order - we make adjustments after the sale if it's too much.

Anyway, he could not get his order to confirm. I even logged in as him and tried to place the order myself and it kept kicking me back. And NO error message or reason why.

Any ideas? I know it sounds really vague and you're thinking operator error, duh, because that's what I thought until I tried it.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your shipping and payment modules - be sure to write down all of your unique settings first.

Hi Deb, what shipping method are you using? are you using Canadapost?
