SideBox Heading issues

Please Help. My heading title isn't changing at all, only two is, but the rest isnt

i modified it in the stylesheet.css bold and font size but looks like only modifying the CUSTOM/english.php folder..

but when i change title it uses /language/english.php? why?

if you modified the css in any way you will need to place the new css in your CUSTOM folder. You should have already created this.
ie /www/catalog/includes/templates/costum/css/stylesheet.css
Remember custom folder is what ever name you gave it.
