Customer wants number

They have bought a certificate, paypal cleared but they dont understand they need to mail it from the store. They just want the code.

I went into admin and looked for it but cant find it. Looks like it has to be mailed first before it shows.

Is there a way around this so I can just send them the code?

I explained in an email but I need to know.

If they didn't already redeem the code that was emailed to them, they can just pass on the redemption code they received.
Otherwise, they need to login and send it themselves.

I think I have a similar question. A customer bought a gift certificate, it was approved from teh queue but they didn't get it. I can't find a way to look it up. Can they find it if they log into their account??
