First payment then shipping

Hey all!

Is it possible to first select payment method, then select shipping? I would also like that when selecting payment with moneyorder, that only storepickup shipping is available. If customer selects cash on delivery method, then only flat rate shipping is available.

I would recommend upgrading to v1.3.7.1 first ... and then you would need quite a bit of custom coding done for your site to manage checkout_payment before checkout_shipping as they are specifically coded the other way ...
