Help me add size chart pop-ups to product listings please?

Hello. I'm new to Zen Cart, and I'm trying to add size charts to a store selling things like embroidered shirts and jackets. I also need to add a page that shows the various designs that can be embroidered on a product. I am able to do this with an EZ Page, but I would really like to be able to have the link right in the product listing, say below the corresponding options, and I would like the link to pop up in a smaller window to display the charts or design list. Can anyone tell me what pages I would have to edit and what code I would have to insert to do something like this, or direct to me to another thread if it has already been discussed? I tried searching, but couldn't find anything that exactly fit my needs here. Thanks alot.

I see your site and i love it. it has been a week that i am trying to add sizes to my site. it only shows 1 radio at all the time. could you advise.

How do you have all the products 3 per row and 12 per page is that a special plug in ? i have aso tried to have that option no luck LOL

Can't help with the popup - usually that kind of thing is done with attributes on the product info page. The other question, though:
