I'm stuck on Setup db system

I'm trying to get zen to connect to my db system
I know I'm using the right info but I'm getting this error

Connection to Database failed
Host '64.91.240.xx' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server more info...

can someone help please


When it ask for your user name and db name
I but down some thing like this

abc_user
abc_storedb

notes abc is the part of the user log-in for the host do I need to add that part.

That means that the MySQL server you specified isn't allowing connections to its databases from the webserver that you're running Zen Cart on.

You'll have to talk to your hosting company to get them to allow your webserver to talk to your database server.

This is for many hosts - "localhost" but can be more sepcific. It is not a domain name normally.
