coupon for Team, excluding order from sales stats

We run an art shop where we sell digital downloads. We have a team that advertises for us and we would like to allow them access to the art for free. However, we would like a way to back these orders out of the system so that the consignment artist are not being paid for the free kits the team is getting. I have tried the coupon and group discounts at 100% and upon checkout it is assigned the payment method of coupon/gc. I have tried setting up the payment method of PO or Check and money order for the teams so that we could run the reports for this payment method and back them out of sales, but these order methods have to be set to pending and manually processed. Is there a way to allow free order for a 1 group with instant access that would show up so that it could be backed out of the orders or not show up as an order?

There is no built-in facility for offering controlled access to downloads that are not tied to sales.

If you wish to unlink them from sales, you're going to need to do custom coding to create either a separate system for storing these unique orders, or flag them somehow in a way that you can identify them when doing sales reporting and adjust your reports to exclude them somehow.
