You have apparently edited this display as this is not the default order of display. While a pic shows the issue a url is needed to get a more definitive answer

actually i played around wif the product info tpl a bit and lowered the Next Listing buttons to the bottom. Now i just need to adjust it through the CSS to make it all align.

Why move the code when you can choose the position from the Admin? You can choose top, bottom or both .
