I have a somewhat odd request for a situation I'm trying to address..

I have a reseller that will be providing a service through my webshop.. He will take the products from me, and will deliver them to the customers who ordered the product.

However, I only want this option to appear if the customer is referred by him..

So, basically, say Item A costs $198.. If the customer came through him, the customer should see $200 and not have to pay any shipping.. Payment is done through our website by the customer, and my reseller will receive the product at a slightly discounted rate..

Would an option be to create something like a -$2 discount coupon, but still enable the customer to not have to pay for shipping for that item? Therefore bringing the price of the item to $200 upon checkout?

Customers using the referral code will be ok to use his service, as they are referred by him and he provides the service at a lower rate than standard shipping. However, I do not want my other standard customers to see this option..

The tricky part here is that other customers should still be able to order the product through our website with standard shipping options..
