What version of Zen Cart are you using?
What addons/contributions have you installed?
I might suggest renaming /admin/orders.php and re-uploading the original.

I'm having the same porblem using 1.3.7 and I just added the How did you hear about us Mod. Please help!!!

I tried putting my old file back in a it's still not working. Ughhhh! I have 15 orders since I added this mod and I can't go back to my backup now!
I was having this problem too, I think it was caused by the 'How did you hear about us' module. I was able to solve the problem by using the solution suggested at http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...&postcount=183
Just replace the orders.php file with the new one. (It will remove any mods that show in the orders page though.)
I was receiving the same error during testing of a move of data from server to server. I removed the 'How did you hear about us' module, and all seems well.
We tested pretty well with the module in, but it all of a sudden appeared. Why? I'm not real sure, but as soon as I removed it - going back to the 1.3.7 code - whalla fixed.
