How do you have the Tax Rate setup and the Zone for it?
Have you turned on the Configuration ... My Store ...
Display Prices with Tax
Display prices with tax included (true) or add the tax at the end (false)

Yes I have the tax rate setup and the zone setup as well.
When I add a product it can calculate the tax automatically.
I also turned the display price with tax on.
But I can't find the one" add the tax at the end"
Thanks for your help
What tax rates have you created ?

Stuck again...
How did you set up your New Zealand tax ?
What countries and zones did you associate with your New Zealand zone-definition ?
What address are you using during the checkout test you're doing ?

Country set to NZ. Created a new zone as NZ. And modified the original zone definition and associate country NZ and zone NZ.
Here is an example of output when checkout use a test accoun (NZ customer, purchased an phone $599 incl GST):
Your Total
Sub-Total: $599.00
Flat Rate (Best Way):$10.00
NZ GST 12.5%:$66.56
Total:$609.00
It seems the GST is wrong as well.

Can you modify that Zone Definition entry so that it use "All Zones" instead of your new NZ zone ?
What currencies do you have defined? What are their exchange rates set to ?
I'm having difficulty making this happen on a fresh install. Can you list the steps you took to get to where you're at now? ... so I can use those steps to recreate your situation on a new store?

How is this wrong ?
Your tax-included price is $599.
The tax included in that price is $66.56
$599 + 10 = 609.00
So, the question then becomes: should your shipping also be taxed? If so, then you'll need to edit your shipping module settings and associate a tax class (ie: Taxable Goods) with it, instead of --None--.
Otherwise, I see nothing wrong with what you've got.
