    Default Sizing image problem

I'm trying to resize one of my images in my cart. The size is fine when it's one category but when I go to another category of items it gets WAAAY to huge (like 1704x2272) - yet when I go to config & images none of those numbers on any of the images are that large in size. I dont' have a clue which one to change.

If it helps - this is my addy.... www.lovewrappedit.com

click on gift can gallery & click to go larger (maybe 2 times) it gets HUGE. BUT if you look at my other categories (1.5....) the size is more reasonable.

Can ya tell me what to do?

    THANKS!

As I thought, you have gigantic image files being used for thumbnails, as well as medium and large. You need to resize your images in Photoshop or whatever, so each image is actually the size you want it to display at.
Your thumbnails are 173k to 751k when they should be no more than 5-10k.

The Config settings don't make new smaller images, they just squeeze the existing image down to the specified size, and do it in a quick & dirty way every time an image is used. This hurts image quality as well as load time.

Read the image threads and FAQ/tutorials for good specific info.
