Problems when moving to a new server

I have moved my domain to a dedicated server, and have now tried to installed the old store on the new server. Everything looks fine but when I run the Fix Cache Key I get this eror message

Also at the main page of the store I get this message at the bottom:

Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in /home/commer/public_html/shop/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 61

I am also not able to log into the admin area.

Maybe a silly question.. have you made the necessary changes to the config files?
-directory paths
-MySql etc..?

Yes - I have done all the things - step by step.

What I did was I downloaded the includes/functions/sessions.php file from another store I have and uploaded it to the new store - and now it is sort of working, but I just had a stange thing happen when testing paypal. SO I have to see what that was?

That is a normal message, and is a result of having the separate fix-cache-key program attempting to use the zen cart code to do a fix to the zen cart database table.

The important thing on that screen is NOT the PHP warnings/error messages, but rather the rest of the information about folder names and other updates that it does.
