    customer issue Shipping Weight Issues

    We have a client that has set the shipping weight for certain products to zero, yet when a customer proceeds to check out, it lists the shipping weight as 0.10 lbs. We have already set the Shipping Tare to 0:0, but cannot figure out why it is charging that tenth of a pound shipping. They do not want to mislead by setting the product to "free shipping" (shipping price included in product price)....Please help!!!

    What shipping modules have you installed?

    Do you have shipping modules installed that are disabled? If so, remove them ... only install modules that you are actually using ...

    What version Zen Cart are you running?

    Clean install or an Upgrade?

    <--- Same Issue. It happens randomly too.... I though maybe it was location or product specific, but it is not. I have uninstalled all other shipping options. Will let you know if the issue continues.

    Still having this issue... I have removed all shipping methods not it use. Dbl checked the weights in the product pages. The tare is set to 0:0. I DONT GET IT. lol. I really don't.
