I am using zen 1.3.0
1. Is it worth upgrading to 1.3.7?
2. Is there away to have the shop show some sort of "Under-Constructions"?
3 Is it going to be really hard to do an upgrade?

Yes

Depends on the number of mods installed, the custom template you may be using. It's not so hard but will take some time.I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me
