Changing Product Listing Display

I would like to change the product display so that instead of the default display that you see here http://www.webdevgirl.com/vintagechi...dex&cPath=1_14

it looks more like the listing display like at Old Navy or other similar sites. Here is an example link http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/category.do?cid=5259

Would that be a setting inside the admin, and if so where or will I need to modify one of the modules?

In the downloads/other section on this site there is a module "column-grid" that allows/supports this rearrangement
