Main Page

Well I hope I can get an answer here for 2 questions.

My first question is, I have edited the MAin page using Define Page editor in Admin tools. I have the page set up the way I like it. The only problem being is once I had product to this site my front page is replaced with the items. Is there any way to have the user login then display product so I can keep my Main page ?

My 2nd question is, How do I move the script Welcome to Christmasdodads would you like to log yourself in. I would like to take that whole scipt and place it on my Main page. I know the script is in includes/lang/eng/index.php..

If this is your desired test for the main page:

Christmas Do Dads will open its doors

for the first time on OCT 15th 2007.

Check back often for Do Dad updates.

and I see that you have no products - if you add a product is this when it changes?

If so check your admin > config > layout settings > for
Categories - Always Show on Main Page
Main Page - Opens with Category

See if these are not set to "0"

Woow yes that worked for the Products not being displayed on the Main page, any idea on the other question ?

As far as I can see it is on your main page??

Might you explain what you want in more detail?
