Quantity depending on model, size & color

Hi! I am setting my t-shirt store.
Let's say I have 3 model shirts - A, B and C.

COLOR

A - white, navy blue
B - light blue, black, navy blue
C - light gray, navy blue, black


SIZE

A_white - XL, M
A_navy_blue - XX, XL
B_light_blue - M, L, XL, etc....


You got the idea.
On top of that, every size has different shirts in stock.

How do I configure that?
Since it is not possible (I dont know how! :) to link attributes,
do you think I should have all colors and all sizes with their
respective values, for every model, and mark the ones that don't exist as "not available" or "out of stock"?

Stock-by-attributes is not a default feature of the current Zen Cart.

There is a module in the downloads/other section for stock-by-attributes by kuroi that you might try
