I have a strange problem with a clients cart. When viewing orders in the admin, there are several products showing that the customer did not order. For instance, I just placed a test order for 6 products and 17 products showed up in the admin... but the total price is for the 6 items actually ordered. Stranger still, the customer email lists the correct 6 items and the correct price.

I'm thinking that products that were removed from the cart are what is showing up in the admin... is this possible?

I've worked with zen cart quite a bit, but this one has me stumped... anyone have a clue?
