Urgent problem!

Hey everyone
ok i installed paypal express and it worked out great few customer had purchased through it with success, but just now i got a new order it saids it was paid via Credit card but when i check my PayPal account there was no details for this transaction. So what's going on? I only have PP express as my payment gateway. So did my customer pay ? or what?

Edit: i saw this thread http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=65199 seems like a similar problem.

So since I didnt recieve any payment did my customer's credit card got charged? Should the shippment be proceed or wha should happen next?!

ok i searched and apparently im not the only one with the issue. Guess the buyer were not charged.
