Shipping configuration question..

I currently offer free shipping on all orders over 100.00USD but now we are going to add items the website that weight in excess of 150lbs, which will render UPS quotes useless (of course). So, now I have to build some kind of freight charge module.


My question is… is there a way to create a condition where if the shopping cart order total is >= 100.00 USD and the weight total <= 75lbs offer free shipping options else turn off free shipping options.
