Has A User Downloaded A Product?

Fellow Zenners!

I've got a chargeback from Paypal (after I notified them about possible fraudulant sales and got told to go away and read the sellers protection policy) and need to be able to prove to them that the buyer downloaded the product.

In the order's page it says:

Status Filename Days Count fmfs.zip 7 5
How can I tell if the buyer has downloaded the product?

If this was downloaded then it would not be reading 7 and 5 as those are your default settings, are they not?
