Header Issues

I setup a Zen Cart site a couple years ago and today I was asked to make a change to a phone number at the top (See "Order By Phone" with number at the top).

Can anyone tell me which file changes that text for the phone number at the top? I've gone through header tpl files, language files, etc. and after an hour of searching I figured I had to ask.
