I am setting up a new Zen cart install and I am unclear if this is possible or not.

I have some products with free shipping
I have some products that are flat rate
And everything elses I want to do weight based shipping

Is this possible? If so, could you point me in the right direction?

Also I am a little unclear on the tare concept in regards to a handling fee. Can this be configured on a per product basis or is it a universal fee. Can it be a fixed amount, or is it strictly a percentage.
