I am playing with my header and am having multiple issues... Let's start with the Nav Links.

I want to have the Nav links moved to be over my header like you can see in the white font here, http://d17116758.s175.sel-net.net/index.php

Right now they are just photoshopped on the image, they yellow text is the actual links.

Can someone tell me how to move these from where they are in yellow to where I have them in white?

Also, any idea why I have the roughtly 10px bar at the top where the search header used to be???
